Things You Should Know Before Having Your Car Repaired

Never drive a car that could be unsafe due to damages. We will gladly arrange for your car to be towed.

You can leave your car at our location, or have it delivered to us, and we will work directly with your insurance company through any inspection process all the way through repair.

You have the right to take your vehicle to the collision repair center of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a specific shop. They usually can recommend a reputable repair center, including CountrySide Collision Repair.

Differences in repair estimates is common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you're not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, just ask us!

Make sure that the collision repair center offers a warranty. Ours protects you for as long as you own your vehicle.
